TakeMyRank is for players aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to play. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

Only adults aged 18 or older who are authorized to use the payment method may purchase membership. Membership is $9.99 USD per month, and renews automatically until renewal is canceled.

Our refund policy: Membership payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not offer discretionary refunds or a money-back guarantee for changing your mind or unused time. There is no automatic website refund feature.

Cancel renewal to stop future charges. Ordinary cancellation keeps access through the paid period; it does not refund an existing charge. Use Manage membership to cancel renewal, or contact support for help.

For a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a billing error, or a refund required by law, contact TakeMyRank support with your account email and a short explanation for review. Do not send passwords or full card details. Your statutory and payment-provider dispute rights are unaffected.

If an exceptional full refund of the current paid period is completed and verified, paid access for that refunded period ends immediately. Merely requesting a refund does not remove access. A partial refund leaves the remaining paid month available. A refund for an older period does not remove a different, unrefunded paid period.

A refund is not a permanent ban. Your player account and the five free games remain available under the normal fair-use rules. A refund does not by itself stop future renewals.

Checkers, Four-in-a-row, Snake, Darts duel and Skyline slip are free. You can see pictures and descriptions of all 25 member games before subscribing.

Verified membership opens the member collection. Play options vary by game: solo practice, computer challenges and taking turns with a friend on the same device. Live online multiplayer and online friend challenges are not available yet.

1. Sign in to the player account you used for the subscription.
2. Choose Manage membership in your account. This opens Stripe’s secure customer portal.
3. Choose the cancellation option and finish the confirmation there.
4. Return here and choose Refresh status. Check that renewal is canceled and review your access end date.

Canceling renewal keeps access through the displayed paid-through date. After access ends, the five free games remain available. Closing the browser or signing out does not cancel renewal.

Cancellation does not automatically request a refund. For refund questions or a billing problem, contact TakeMyRank support. Do not send card details.

Access opens after the payment service confirms your subscription and the site verifies your membership. Returning from checkout alone is not proof that a payment succeeded.

Stay signed in to the same player account and let the membership check finish. If it asks you to retry, choose Check again · no charge, or use Refresh status in your account. Do not buy another subscription to try to unlock the games.

If access still has not appeared, contact support with the approximate time and the on-screen message. Never include a password, full card number or an account recovery link.

Use your TakeMyRank player account. It is separate from your Google, Manus or Stripe account. A connection error does not mean your password is wrong; read the message before changing it.

If you need to recover your account, use Forgot your password?. Recovery links must be opened in the browser and on the device where they were requested. Request recovery and open the newest email link in the same browser and on the same device.

For a game issue, tell us the game name, your device/browser and what happened. For Squeeze’s virtual hand controls, camera access is optional and requires your permission; the game does not need your microphone.
